A hunter, a forager and a true master of the stove, Murt Kielty's experimental use of wild foods and his unique ways of combining flavours made him the talk of the town. Inspired by the wild Irish countryside, Murt took old Kielty recipes, handed down from generation to generation and made them his own. His son Padraic continues that tradition today.
